We absolutely have a trailer wheel with a 4 on 4" bolt pattern that your Carlisle ST145/12 trailer tire will fit. There are a number of different styles available, so I'll list the options for you and you can choose from the one that you like the best.
- Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - White Powder Coat # AM20122
- Aluminum Split Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM22318HWT
Both of these would also require a valve stem, the Americana High Pressure Rubber Snap-In Valve Stem # AM20904.
