Absolutely!
The only 5th Wheel Rail Kit made for 2021 Ram 1500 is the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2604 as long as your truck does not have the Eco-Diesel engine, or factory air suspension.
This rail kit will pair perfectly with the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3200 if you have a 5-1/2' bed as your trailer will need to have rotating pin box to allow you to make sharper turns since a slider hitch will not offer enough clearance, but will also work with the 6-1/2' bed and a rotating pin box. To use this hitch with a rotating pin box you will need the Wedge for B&W Fifth Wheel Hitches # SWW-06
If you have a 6-1/2' bed you could also use the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3270 with a standard non-rotating pin box.
