Is there a 5th wheel hitch that would fit this truck?

Fifth wheel towing is possible with a truck like your 2019 Ram 1500 that has a Ram Box but it is a bit more challenging due to the Ram Box. Reason being the boxes are very wide and take up valuable space a pin box would need to pivot. So the solution is a Sidewinder pin box installed on the trailer as this moves the pivot point up higher above the bed rails.

You will need to remove the pin box of the trailer and replace it with a Sidewinder pin box. Sidewinders are pin box specific so you will first need to know what pin box you have now in order to pick out the correct one.

There should be a sticker or a stamping on the OEM pin box of the trailer that will list the pin box number that is on the trailer.

Once you figure out which pin box you have you can check the FAQ I attached that has a chart that shows the correct Sidewinder to get based on which pin box you have.

So you'll need to use a fixed hitch like the Reese 16k hitch part # RP30047 with the custom fit wedge part # SWW-03 which fits the hitch to the Sidewinder. Then for a rail kit that fits your 2019 Ram 1500 you'll need the B and W part # BWRVK2604 which is custom fit for your truck which means an easier install and is compatible with the Reese hitch.
