I have an option for you, but the spacer block used for your 1986 Chevy G20 Van measures 1/4" x 1" x 2-1/2" and the closest option we have that is not sold as a kit is the Trailer Hitch Spacer Block # RP3022 which measures 3" Long x 1" Wide x 1/4" Thick and may not work in the frame without modification.
Instead I recommend find which brand and model the trailer hitch receiver you are installing on your van is, and using Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK. You will need to enter the model number of your hitch in the box above add to cart, and select the manufacturer from the drop down menu.
There are 3 trailer hitch receivers that we offer for your vehicle, The Curt # C13016, Draw-tite # 75121, and Draw-tite # 41121.
I included videos for all of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
