We have not had a chance to install the Curt Front Mount Hitch, # C31014, on a 2001 Ford F-350 yet, but I did confirm with my contact at Curt that this hitch will not interfere with the fog lights. You will not have to remove or replace your fog lights with this hitch.
Please note, this hitch will only fit models that have a blocker beam. The blocker beam is a small sub-bumper located behind the air dam. This hitch will install between the blocker beam and the blocker beam brackets. I have attached a link to the installation instructions that shows the location of the blocker beam for you to check out.
If your truck does not have the blocker beam, then you would need the Curt Front Hitch, # 31114, however this hitch will interfere with the fog lights. The fog lights must be removed or relocated to install this hitch. I have attached the installation instructions for this hitch as well for you to review.
