To determine what disc brake conversion kit you should get you need to identify the inner and outer bearing numbers. Looks like on your 7,000 lb axle you have 25580 Inner bearing and 14125A outer bearings. You would want to get the HydraStar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator # HSE7K-T1 for your 2014 Grand Design 369RL.
