Swagman cover #82007. Is this the new version that actually is large? I bought the previous Swagman supposed to fit cover and it would not cover two bikes on a platform style carrier Swagman Escapee RV approved rack

Yes the Swagman cover we offer part # S24FR which is Swagman part number 82007 is the current and newer version. If you check out the install instruction link on this page you can see it was revised May 2020.
