Yes, the Yakima FullBack 3 Bike Rack Trunk Mount # Y02633 fits a 2019 Acura RDX.
I also recommend the Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar # Y02531 if you wish to mount a female's bike or one with an oddly shaped frame. I have attached a video showing how to use this bike rack, along with outlining a few of its features.
