Question:
I have a 2.5inch hitch on my rv. Are there any carriers that will work with a 2.5inch hitch?

I have a solution for you, but there is not a cargo carrier available with a 2-1/2" shank. Instead you can use a hitch reducer like the Blue Ox Hitch Reducer Sleeve - 2-1/2" to 2" Trailer Hitch # BX88187, which will turn your 2-1/2" receiver into a 2" receiver and allow you to use the Gear Deck # H00604 you were looking at, or any other hitch mounted cargo carrier.
This is a common and easy solution for adapting your 2-1/2" receiver, and is the best solution.
