Question:
I am probably needing new brake drums. I replaced the brake assembly that were worn but now the magnets don’t grab tight enough. I have dexter torsion axels square tube 4.4K that use k23-479 and 478 brake assemblies. Do you have the drums to fit these.

Helpful Expert Reply:
The 4.4K axle uses a fairly unique bearing set, so you'll want to check the reference numbers on your inner and outer wheel bearings to ensure the replacement hub uses the same wheel bearings.
If your current hubs use a LM67048 inner and a L44649 outer bearing (which they should), then the correct replacement hub drum is part # 8-407-5UC3-EZ. The hubs have a 6 lug on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern and are sold individually. The hub includes the inner and outer bearing, the races which are pre-installed, the grease seal, the EZ-Lube compatible grease cap and the lug nuts.
