Are these even a bolts? I need a replacement for my roller shown on the picture. Seems similar. Not sure about the bolts. How long are the bolts used for the # CE10403G roller?

Keel rollers like the part # CE10403G that you referenced fit on a shaft that has pal nuts on either end of it. The part # CE10705A is an example of a shaft with the pal nuts. This is a shaft that is 12-3/4 inches long and 1/2 inch in diameter. Pal nuts basically are a friction fit that get tapped onto the end of the shaft.
