The correct tire chain adjusters for 12x16.5 Skid Steer Tires will be the Titan Chain Multi-Arm Rubber Tire Chain Adjusters part # TCMA2. These fit 14" - 24" diameter wheels so the 16.5" wheels you have will be a great fit.

Hey Pat, the Titan chains part #TC3029 that you referenced are a fit for your tire size of 275/70-18. Then for a set of tensioners you would want the part #TCMA2. Do you see a lot of snow or are these for just in case?
