I do have K Source custom fit replacement towing mirrors for your 2000 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually but it is not the K Source Custom Towing Mirrors, part # KS60113C, you have referenced.
You will need the K Source Custom Towing Mirrors- Passengers Side, part # KS60179C, and the K Source Custom Towing Mirrors- Drivers Side, part # KS60180C for your Ram 3500. These are the same design as the mirror you have referenced but are made to fit your make, model, and year vehicle.
These mirrors are power heated, foldaway, with flip out head and blind spot mirror. They are textured black in color and are designed to fit vehicles with the towing package.
To be able to use the heated mirror option on these mirrors you will need to have that option on your current factory mirrors.
