Yes Inno Tire Hold 2 Bike Platform Rack Part # INH120 will work with the following parts. A Reducer is needed to work with the rack, you may need an anti rattle device for the reducer to the hitch that is 2.5" as well. This will minimize any movement that may occur when using the added Reducer. I suggest using the Brophy Hitch Reducer and Extender - 2-1/2" to 2" Trailer Hitch - 7" Long Part # HR26, with the XL Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2-1/2" Hitches - 3-1/2" Span Part # SHP2040-XL. The hitch reducer/extender is going to add a little more length off the back of your vehicle when you add the bike rack as well, so be mindful when driving or parking in a garage or tight space.
I have added a couple of review and installation to see how these products would work with the Inno Tire Hold 2 Bike Rack on your 2.5" hitch receiver.
