As long as you have a 2 inch hitch on your 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan the 24x60 Folding Cargo Carrier # e98874 that you referenced should work but we will need to determine if if will fold up due to clearance issues.
You could measure the clearance that you need. It offers a clearance of 19-1\2" from the hitch pin to the closest edge of the carrier when in use and 9-1/2 inches to the closest edge when folded up.
