I have another option but currently there are no Curt Fifth Wheel hitches with a towing capacity of at least 25000lbs that work with the OEM Prep Package on your 2021 Ford F-250 Short Bed.
Since your Grand Design has a turning point rotating pin box you will be able to use a Fixed Hitch instead of a slider which is commonly needed for short bed trucks. I recommend the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Towing Prep Package- Single Jaw - 27,000 lbs # RP30922 due to its 27000lb towing capacity, and it will use your puck system for an easy install. You will need Wedge # LC79UD to use the Reese M5 # RP30922 with your turning point pin box as the sidewinder and turning point are pretty much the same thing.
