Looking at the bluetooth brake controller. Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 2 Axles - Proportional Item # C51180 Does this work well with a 2020 Ford Ranger with trailer tow package? If so, does it require any additional parts or is it basically plug and play? Thank you.

The Curt Echo brake controller # C51180 is a fit for your 2020 Ford Ranger with a 7-way and does not require any additional components to install or function. At one point this brake controller didn't want to work with the new Rangers but Curt actually did an update on the controller so that it would work.
I attached a review video for the controller on a similar 2019 Ranger as well.
