The closest thing I have for you is going to be a rim from Kenda # AM30060. It is a 4.80/4.00-8 Bias Trailer Tire with a 8" Solid Center Wheel measuring 3.75 inches in width. It has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern and it is a Load Range C tire. The pilot diameter is 2.8". Be sure to triple check your measurement of the end of the hub cap to make sure before you purchase.
