How do you install the hitch with the factory exhaust?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13358 is a great option for a 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500. It will work with the factory exhaust without interference. I have attached a photo that shows how the hitch mounts up with the exhaust. I have attached the install instructions below which is for models with the factory exhaust.
