According to Draw-Tite, their # 76050 Class III hitch is a fit for the 2020 Ram ProMaster 3500 Extended model.
For a trailer wiring harness on vehicles without the tow package, use # 22112 or # HM40975-11933 for tow package equipped vehicles. For a ball mount, use # C45230 along with the # PC3 hitch pin. For a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball, use # 19260 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
