There are a couple of moving parts here and a lot of this will depend on whether or not you've got a 2" hitch on your 2011 Toyota Sienna. If you do have a 2" hitch, then you'll want to choose your weight distribution hitch based off of the tongue weight of your trailer; that number will typically fall between 10% and 15% of the GVWR of the trailer, so you're going to be in the 300-450lbs range in most cases. For that I recommend using the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - Clamp On - Underslung - 6K GTW, 550 lbs TW
Item # BXW0553, which comes with sway control built in and is designed for trailers with a tongue weight of up to 550-lbs, so it will be a good fit.

If your 2011 Sienna has a 1-1/4" hitch, then there will not be a weight distribution hitch for your vehicle, but you can add sway control to your trailer using the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit - Economy - by Draw-Tite, Reese and Hidden Hitch # 83660. This bar will bolt onto your trailer's frame and provide you with a sway control bar to help correct events that cause trailer sway that might otherwise be problematic. You will need the # RP26005 to mount this with your 1-1/4" ball mount.

I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to have a look at, as well.
