Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2 Item # C87FR Hello Does this hitch require you to remove tow hooks, I want to keep my tow hooks in place. 2019 Ram Bighorn Thanks

2019 was a split model year for the Ram 1500, where they produced 2 different models. The Ram 1500 Classic is identical to the previous model year, while the 2019 Ram 1500 is an all-new model, the first model year of the 5th generation.

If you have the Ram 1500 Classic, you'll want to use the Draw-Tite # 65062, which will require removal of the tow hooks.

If you have the 2019 Ram 1500 (not the Classic) and it isn't a Rebel or a model with the Diesel engine, the Curt # C87FR will fit, but you will also need to remove the tow hooks per the linked installation instructions.
