The best tire chains I recommend for the 2018 Ford Transit with 235/65-16 within that price range are the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - 1 Pair Item # TC2519.
I recommend a diamond pattern chain over a ladder pattern because you have more chain covering the tire which offers better traction because you have more chain making contact with the ground and you have better ride quality. Each square link has two flat sides which means the chain is going to wear more evenly. These chains also are easy to install and don't require having to lay the chain flat on the ground in front of or behind the tire like the ladder pattern chains, drive onto them and then connect the ends together. These are installed by passing one end around the back of the tire, raising the two ends up behind the tire and making the connection. Once the the main cable is connected the front of the chain is color coded to make the remaining connections easy. The chains also have a rubber tensioner to control the fit of the chain to the tire. These come in a set of two and we recommend installing them on the drive axle. As long as the other tires are the same you can use the same part number for a second set of chains. Even though the description says there is no rim protection, the color coded chains on the face of the tire have a rubber coating on them so there is no metal contact to the rim.
I have include a link to a video of these chains being installed on a 2018 Ram Promaster to give you an idea of how easy they are to put on.
