Yes, the Master Lock Swivel Head Receiver Lock, # 1479DAT, will work with the 2 inch receiver on your 2010 Ford Explorer. This lock is designed to fit all 2 inch trailer hitches and is also designed to work with OEM trailer hitches that have limited clearance for a hitch pin because the hitch pin hole sits close to the hitch crosstube.
