Question:

I have a 2017 Jayco Eagle RSTS fifth wheel 12500 GVWR and towing with a 2006 Chev 2500HD using an Anderson Ultimate hitch. I cannot find any numbers on the pin box. Which Trailair Air Ride pin box is recommended for this use and is it compatible with the Anderson Hitch?

Does the trailer by chance have a Reese Revolution pin box installed on it? Is it a pivoting style pin box or a standard style?

The Flex Air part # LC328492 will give you a noticeably smoother ride quality than the other options out there. I realize its a bit more money but it's worth it. Safety-wise either would work great as both have more than enough capacity. The Andersen you have will work fine as well.
