I was able to get the measurement you were looking for of the Lippert Power Stance Electric Trailer Jack with Footplate - A-Frame - 18" Lift - 3,500 lbs # LC69VR.
As you can see in the accompanying photo, the distance from the bracket to the very top of the jack is 21-1/2 inches. The jack will give you a total of 18 inches of lift and has a hefty 3,500 lb capacity. It is simple to use, and can even be powered from your tow vehicle's 7-way simply by adding one part, which is the Auxiliary Power Cord for Lippert Power Stance Electric Trailer Jack # LC79VR.
