The Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 1,250 lbs # TH43002XT-780 is only a fit for certain Chevy trucks with 8 foot bed.
For your combination if you have the 5-1/2 foot bed, the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 1,250 lbs # TH43002XT-606 is what you need. It will require sliding the rack to fold the tonneau because the uprights angle in. Moving the ladder rack forward and back will allow that combination to work.
If you have a different bed size there is not a Thule TracRac SR compatible at this time.
