Question:

Id like recommendation for a winch to mount on a roller/sled that i pull my jonboat 300# ontoit sits on the bank. Want to use an electric drill to pull it. Needs to have a release to freespool so gravity will carry the boat back into the water.

I do have an option but the only manual winches we have that can be operated with drill via an adapter are simply too heavy for such a small boat and will not work properly with this light load. I recommend using the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch part # DL14125 with the Hand Winch Strap part # DL24239. The ability to use the winch with a drill won't be an option unfortunately.
