The parts you'll need to tow your 2016 Kia Soul behind your Class A motorhome depend on whether you have a manual or automatic transmission.
If you have an automatic transmission, you will need to use a tow dolly as models with an automatic transmission cannot be flat towed. I recommend the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly # DM9713045. This is one of the best tow dollies on the market, with tons of great features like disc brakes and a folding design for easy storage.
If you have a manual transmission, you can still go with a tow dolly if you want, but you could also go with a traditional tow bar and base plates setup. If you go this route, you will need a tow bar, base plates, safety cables, a supplemental braking system, and vehicle wiring system. I recommend the following:
