Installing Derale Series 8000 Transmission Cooler In 2007 Chevrolet Suburban

Question:

I own a 2007 Chevy Suburban 1500 Z71 4wd. I plan to purchase trans cooler D13503 and install kit D13006. Will these work for my application and do I need anything else for the install?

The Derale Series 8000 Transmission Cooler # D13503 will work perfectly on your 2007 Cehvrolet Suburban. You will not need the Derale Single-Hose Transmission Cooler Installation Kit # D13006 unless you do not have a stand-alone transmission cooler and instead have the standard transmission cooler that is in your radiator.

We installed this cooler in a 2011 Chevrolet Suburban and only needed the Derale Universal Bendable Metal Mount Kit # D13002 and one Derale Snap-In Radiator Adapter Fitting for GM # D13035 if your Suburban has a factory installed transmission cooler to complete the install.
