The wind started to tear my cover how do I get more patch material

I'm sorry to hear about the damage to your cover!
I recommend the Adco Universal RV Cover Patch Kit # 290-2093 which comes with 6 different colors of patches. You will want to use the matching color patch on the outside of your cover, and I recommend using another patch of a different cover on the inside of the cover for a stronger repair.
