Question:
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I have one more question before ordering the wheels with the tires. I measured the wheels that are currently under the trailer and the center hole size is 2-11/16". I think the trailer has lug-centric wheels; because the hub outer diameter on the axle does not match with center hole diameter of the current rims. The web page does not indicate the center hole size on the AM35351DX. Is a wheel adapter needed to match the hub diameter to the wheel so that it can be correctly balanced (in other words, I want to mount the new wheels as hub-centered - what adapter do I need?) Thanks.

You are smart to move to radial tires and you do not need to make any axle modifications on your trailer you only need to know your wheel's bolt pattern; if it is 4 on 4" or 5 on 4-1/2" you can simply replace your wheels with new 12" wheels. If you are unsure of what your bolt pattern is please take a look at the help article I have added which explains how to determine the bolt pattern of a trailer wheel.
Keep in mind you also need to know your Coleman Sequoia's GVWR to get the proper load range for your tires and you also need to ensure you have enough room in your wheel well for the larger tires to fit without interference.
If you do have a 4 on 4" bolt pattern the wheel and tire combination I recommend is the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire w/ 12" White Spoke Wheel # AM35351DX or if you have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern the same tire and wheel is available at part # AM31199DX.
These are load range D tires with a maximum capacity of 1,220 lbs at 65 psi and when the tires are inflated they will measure 21.3" in diameter and 5.7" wide.
