Question:

I am looking for a class 2 hitch with a 20lb propane tank mount on it. Basically I want to put a 20 lb propane tank into the tow hitch on my camper van. I cant find a product like that - do you know of one?

I might have an idea worth considering, but unfortunately I'm not aware of a product like what you are describing. It sounds like a cool idea though.

I can't take full credit for this idea because I saw it on an overlanding blog, but he took a basic hitch cargo basket like part # C18145 and bolted a dual propane tank rack like part # 37220BL, to the bottom and this gave him the ability to carry a ton of propane with him when he stayed out for weeks at a time.

This combination would put the closest edge of your propane tank about 12 inches away from the face of your trailer hitch.
