Air Command II Xtreme Duty Compressor with Analog Gauge, Air Tank, and 25 Hose - Dual Path. Can this kit be used with Airlift Airbags? I am looking for bags that will work on a 17 Ram 2500 with a Gooseneck hitch and would like to use the Airlift 57589 bags but would like the ability to have an air tank to air up tires.

Yes, you can use the Air Command II Xtreme Duty Compressor with Analog Gauge, Air Tank, and 25' Hose - Dual Path # F2549 on your 2017 Ram 2500 with the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs # AL57589.
The compressor kits are designed to work with different air bags so you will be able to use the Air Command II without issue with the Air Lift air bags on your 2017 Ram 2500. I do want to add that if you don't have the air bags yet, when you are installing them, I highly recommend the Air Lift Air Hose Cutter # AL10530 to ensure you have the cleanest cut for your air lines.
