Question:
I saw that you were interested in how I plan to use the hitch. Well, it won’t be towing a camping trailer :). I’m interested in purchasing a bike rack for it. I have an e-bike that weighs about 70 lbs with all the gear on it and I would like to rack my son’s bike as well and it probably weighs 10-15 lbs.

The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7326 is confirmed to fit your 2017 Kia Soul EV and will make a great addition on your vehicle. I attached the installation video on a 2017 Kia Soul for you to take a look at.
If you can tell me what you are planning on using your trailer hitch receiver for I'd be happy to recommend accessories that fit your needs.
