it looks like the wires are run inside a square tube. it has one junction box on the left side mid way looks like it for the brakes. it also has clearance lights on front both sides and back. there is also a junction right by the gooseneck hook up part.

We have jacketed 7-way wire like with part # DW04914-1 which we offer by the foot and also we have junction boxes like # PK52248 which you could use in all of the junction box locations you mentioned.
