Bleeding a Manual Actuator like the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator w/ Electric Lockout

Question:
Hello, I purchased a Titan #T4815200 surge brake actuator with the lock out solenoid. I see you dont sell it anymore?? I am installing it on my boat trailer and need to know how to bleed the actuator please. I do have an auto style bleed that sucks fluid through the lines on autos. Will this work on this set up? Bill

Yes you are exactly right. You want to bleed the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator w/ Electric Lockout part # T4745720 after you have the lines installed and it can be bled just like you do normal brakes.
You can use a power bleeder or the way I prefer by hooking the safety chains together and using a lever to manually operate or push the actuator.
Either way is effective just ensure you do not have any power going to the lockout solenoid so the fluid will flow freely.
