My trailer axle says its a dexter HF=89.50 SC=71.50 #5200 lb . will this axle work for this replacement ?

The Dexter axle part # 8327820 could only fit your trailer if you installed new spring seats on it since it has spring seat centers at 74 inches and your trailer has them at 71.5. For new spring seats you'd want the # TRSS300 welded at the correct distance. Aside from that the overall length and capacity would be fine for your trailer.
