The A78-13 is an old numbering system for tires that isn't used any longer. The compatible modern tire size is 175/80-13.
The # AM3S030 bias tire you'd looked at would work fine, but I'd recommend going with a radial tire in that size, because you'll get better ride quality and radial tires do a better job shedding heat than bias-ply tires do. Given that the priced differential between bias ply and radial tires is just a few dollars, it makes sense for most folks to go with the better radial.
In radial, we offer that tire size in a load range C (1360 lb capacity per tire) or load range D (1650 lb capacity per tire). I'd recommend the Kenda Karrier, part # AM10199 for for load range C or their
# AM10210 for load range D. Both tires carry an 'M' speed rating, good for up to 81 mph.
