Yes you can absolutely use the 38" long x 34" wide x 18" tall Curt Cargo Bag for Roof Basket # C18220 with the Yakima LoadWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket # Y07070.
The cargo bag measures 38" long x 34" wide and the LoadWarrior's interior measures 38-1/2" long x 38-1/2" wide so the two will pair together nicely.
