How high are the rollers and can they be installed on an angled back brace?

The Ark Ezi-Guides Self-Aligning Boat Trailer Loading System part # AR64FR has rollers which measure 14" long. I have attached a photo below with this measurement. Unfortunately this system will not work on a angled back section, it requires a straight brace.
