With the install of the Magnaflow Cat-Back part # MF15333 on your 2018 Ram 2500 with a 6.4 liter Hemi you'd probably see an increase of about 20 horsepower and 20 ft lbs of torque.

The Airair cold air intake part # AR29YR that also fits your truck would give you around the same as well and also improve fuel mileage.
