C57FR--will this work on a 2021 chevy 2500 6 9 bed ?

The Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs # C57FR is not recommended for a 6 foot 9 inch bed. Instead you will want to use the manual sliding hitch # C16536 and the adapter # C88KR to give you 12 inches of travel between locking positions for turning clearance.
If you have a rotating pin box on your trailer, the Q20 standard is not compatible, however the rotating pin box moves the pivot location of the trailer to allow clearance without a sliding hitch base needed. If this is your application or desired application, then the A20 # C84FR is my recommendation as it will work with a rotating pin box because it has a dual pivoting head instead of the spherical axial bearing of the Q20.
