Can 2015 Honda CR-V Use Cargo Carrier for 215 lb Power Chair

I have a 2015 honda cr v that has 150 tongue weight. My jazzy elite hd that weighs 214 lbs with a weight capacity 400 lbs. what can I fund to carry my chair?

I checked the owner's manual for your 2015 Honda CR-V and you are right that the tongue weight capacity is 150 lbs and the towing capacity is 1,500 lbs, so there is no way to safely use any type of carrier for your 215 lb Jazzy Elite HD chair because it would put too much tongue weight on the rear of your vehicle.
The only option to transport this chair with a '15 CR-V is with a small trailer of some kind as opposed to a hitch carrier. To tow with your CR-V you would need a trailer hitch receiver, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75742, and wiring harness, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118561.
