The combination of a ladder rack with a Tonneau cover on your 2020 Toyota Tacoma is only going to work with one rack. All other racks and tonneau cover mounting locations interfere with each other. To do that you would need one of the following tonneau covers:

To add a rack to the Trax rails on these covers you will need the following:

- Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit for Yakima OverHaul HD and OutPost HD Truck Bed Ladder Racks # Y01155 (this adapter is what limits the rack to 300 lbs capacity)
- Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack Uprights # Y01151 OR Yakima OutPost HD Overland Truck Bed Rack Uprights # Y01152 (the former gives you an adjustable rack while the latter will give you a fixed rack)
- Yakima HD Crossbars - 68" # Y01158
