Does Tow Bar Diode Kit Allow Running Lights and Stop/Turn Circuits of Towed Vehicle to Operate

Question:
I have a 2019 Honda Civic I purchased a diode kit 48955 . What do I need to be able to run the running lights ,turn singles, and brake lights? Thanks

The diode kit part # 48955 that you referenced is designed to activate the running lights, turn signals, and brake lights. On each side of your vehicle two diodes are used. One is for the stop/turn circuit and the other for the running light circuit.
I attached a diagram that shows how the diodes get installed on the vehicle.
