What is the Distance From the Center of the Pin Hole to the Center of the SHank Hole

Question:
Hello, your description indicates the length is 10” from the middle of pin hole to the middle of shank hole. The manufacturer description indicates 9-3/8” for the same positions. The tolerances for my tailgate will only work if the measurement is in fact 10” in the rise position. Can you provide clarity on what is the exact measurement for this specific ball mount? Thanks.

The Curt Solid Ball Mount for 2" Hitches part # C45313 does have a distance of 10" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball shank hole.
