Can Bottom of Skirt of Adco Storage Skirt 290-3502 be Secured on Concrete

Question:
my 5th wheel is on a slab. how would I secure the bottom of the skirt/

Normally the bottom of the Adco Storage Skirt for 5th Wheel RV # 290-3502 is secured to the ground with included tent spikes but since you are on concrete slab you could use cinder blocks on top of the spikes ran through the hoops of the skirt.
