For your 2019 Lexus RX 350, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75676 is not a fit as you discovered. It is only a fit for 2010-2015 models of the RX 350 excluding the F Sport.
For your 2019 model, you instead will want the Curt # C73DR which is confirmed to fit as long as you don't have the F Sport model. It is an easy installation that will take about 30 minutes. I've attached a video as well as the installation details to assist. If you have the factory tow package, then I recommend using the Tekonsha # 118252 for your trailer wiring if you'll be towing.
If you have the F Sport then we only have one manufacturer with a confirmed fit in the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit - Custom Fit - 2" # 391LXRX16T or the # 391LXRX16 if you won't be towing.
