Is the Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack compatible with a Curt 13370 2inch hitch? does it have sufficient clearance for a 2019 Honda Odyssey when used with the 2-bike add on?

Yes the Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 bike rack part # TH83JV plus # TH9036XT (2-bike add-on) is going to fit and work great in the Curt hitch part # C13370 that fits your 2019 Honda Odyssey.
You'd have plenty of clearance for this rack plus add-on when folded down and when folded up for storage.
